The check-in & check-out time of hotels ranges from 22 to 24 hours. Please expect a general check-in and out time in between 10 AM to 12 Noon.
Guests are requested to carry their identity proofs containing Address. For international passengers, Passport & Visa are mandatory.
Some properties may not be couple or pet friendly. Please ask us about the same before making any reservations.
Hoteliers may apply certain charges for their amenities. These facilities & amenities can be early check-in, late checkout, telephone bills, laundry, parking, wi-fi, room mini bar, room heater, in-house games, Massages & spas, Gala Dinner, etc The charges for the same will be settled between the guests and the Hoteliers directly.
Due to force majeure, strikes, closed roads, service issues, renovation at the property, etc, HAH Rooms may need to change the accommodation and provide similar or higher category stays. We will notify the same beforehand.
Due to geographical differences, especially developing & remote areas lacking infrastructure, service standards, and hospitality. Thus, we request the guest to please understand such issues and co-operate with the service providers.
We shall not be responsible for any loss of lives and property caused due to the behavior of travelers, natural calamities, or political affairs.
All judicial matters will be subject to Delhi’s Courts.
INITIAL QUOTATIONS & ROOMS ON HOLD
HAH Rooms listing is not limited and hence customers can request different properties of their choice anytime.
No availability check and holding of Rooms are done in our first phase of quotations.
Guests can request us to hold the rooms for up to a week depending upon their arrival date.
All quotations & services are tentative until the time of booking.
Bookings can be done on EP, CP, MAP & AP Plans.
EP – European Plan (Only stay is included)
CP – Continental Plan (Stay + Breakfast)
MAP – Modified American Plan (Half-Board Stay – Breakfast & Dinner)
AP –American Plan (Full Board Stay – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
The meal menu is pre-defined in the case of CP, MAP & AP. Depending upon the occupancy buffet or room service is arranged by the hoteliers. Guests are suggested to book on an EP/Alcarte basis (Room service + Meals of your choice) if planned meals may seem limited or inconvenient for them.SERVICES

To ensure guests experience the finest stays, we sell only those properties which our team has either self-inspected, know the owners personally or our previous guests have recommended.
To avoid any inconveniences arising during your stay, please also always go through Dos & Don’t’s note during your stay in the properties.
The meal menu is pre-defined in case of CP and MAP bookings. In case guests wish to have the food of their choice feel free to book it on an EP basis (Term references are given above)
Any services availed directly from the third party without acknowledging HAH Rooms will be solely the matter between you and the service provider.
HAH Rooms ensure that everything goes as planned. However, if the travelers feel they are facing some service issues, please notify us immediately. We will try it to resolve it as soon as possible and take care of such incidences in the future too. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & INVOICES
The booking will be confirmed only upon receiving the minimum booking amount directed by HAH Rooms.
Payments can be made online & offline. Please visit our payment page.
Identity proof and payment screenshot are obligatory to issue the billing and invoice. Acknowledgment e-mail will be sent as soon as we receive the above.
The confirmation voucher will be issued within 72 hours of the payment date. Please keep a soft copy of the voucher saved on your phone/tabs/laptops.
The token amount is accepted but further installments must be cleared according to our payment policies.
50 % of the total booking amount must be transacted within 30 Days of the Departure Date.
Travelers must complete their entire booking amount 15 days before their arrival.
CANCELLATIONS, AMENDMENTS & REFUNDS
Please acknowledge all cancellations & amendments in written form, alongside verbal discussions.
Natural calamities & political disturbances remains exempted from our . In such cases, postpone or destination diversion can be done.
No Refunds for No shows, un-availed services, or anything else which does not comply with HAH Rooms’ policies & its third party providers.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the journey – Reduction of Service & Convenience fee in all cases.
Cancellations made within 15 Days of journey date – Non Refundable.
Above are general policies. In case the reserved property has different policies, the same will be followed by our team.
HAH Rooms reserves the right to cancel the services due to an insufficient amount and the amount shall remain non-refundable.
Verbal Abuses & Violent behavior by the travelers will not be entertained and HAH Rooms have complete authority to terminate the services immediately with no refunds, whatsoever.
